These terms and conditions apply to any use of the website ZwemlesWijzer.nl. By visiting and using the website, you agree to these terms.

Article 1 - Definitions

  • Platform: The website ZwemlesWijzer.nl, owned and managed by Mantix BV.
  • User: Any person who visits and/or uses the website, including those who post reviews.
  • Provider: A swimming school or other organization that offers swimming lessons and is listed on the Platform.
  • Content: All information on the Platform, including texts, images, reviews, and data of Providers.

Article 2 - The Platform

ZwemlesWijzer is an independent and informative platform aimed at helping Users find and compare Providers of swimming lessons.

ZwemlesWijzer is expressly not a party to the agreement that a User enters into with a Provider. We are not involved in the execution of swimming lessons and do not mediate in disputes between User and Provider.

Although we strive for the most accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that the information provided by Providers is always complete, correct, or current. Users should always verify important information with the Provider themselves.

Article 3 - Reviews and User Content

Users can post reviews about Providers on the Platform.

The User guarantees that the review they post is based on their own, actual experience and is written truthfully.

It is not allowed to post reviews that:

  • a. Contain inappropriate, discriminatory, offensive, or threatening language.
  • b. Contain personal data of third parties (such as names of employees), unless strictly necessary and relevant within the context.
  • c. Contain commercial messages, spam, or links to other websites.
  • d. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

ZwemlesWijzer reserves the right to refuse, modify, or delete reviews that do not comply with these conditions, without providing a reason.

By posting a review, the User grants ZwemlesWijzer a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, and distribute this review through the Platform and related channels.

Article 4 - Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, texts (except for reviews), logos, and design, are held by Mantix BV. It is not allowed to copy, distribute, or otherwise use information from the Platform without prior written permission.

Article 5 - Liability

ZwemlesWijzer is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Platform.

We are particularly not liable for the quality of the services of the Providers, nor for the content and accuracy of the reviews posted by Users.

The information in our Knowledge Base is of a general and informative nature and should not be considered as personal or professional advice.

Article 6 - Changes

Mantix BV reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version can always be found on the website.

Article 7 - Applicable law and disputes

On these terms and the use of the Platform, only Dutch law applies.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Mantix BV is located.
